Anyone have an idea as to what is the best way to lose fat? I want to join a gym but so far I have not done it yet.
I was thinking those eliptical trainers might be good, what do you all think?

Hi If you looking to join a gym and have some extra fat i would like to recommend while your training you should do running on daily basis that will help you in losing some weight/Fat. Also your diet is very important as well
